Bürserberg is nestled in a sunny setting in the midst of the valley and includes the Tschengla high plateau, elev. 1250m. A hiking and recreation area which features the Alpe Rona (site of a dairy farm that is open to the public) and affords splendid panoramic views into five different valleys.
Bürs is a friendly holiday village, ideally situated between town and mountain at the entrance to the valley. Rewarding sights include Bürser Canyon, a natural wonder that dates back to the Ice Age. Shopping opportunities at the Zimba and Lünersee Parks.

Hiking on 400 km of clearly marked hiking paths, alongside bubbling springs, across lush green alpine hillsides and meadows fragrant with wild herbs. Two new, very comfortable lifts make your climb up into the mountains as easy as can be. Guided hikes are offered daily.
Mountain Biking over hill and dale along 70 km of mountain-bike trails that serve up all levels of difficulty. Push your body to the limit, or simply pedal along and enjoy. The choice is yours!
Golfing on an 18-hole course in a nature park, set against a truly magical backdrop. Once your ball is in the air, you will never want to stop staring after it!
Archery – out and about with a bow and arrow along three 3D archery trails featuring 42, 28 and 14 stations respectively. There is also a FITA range and a shooting arena.
Horseback Riding – fun- and adventure-filled riding holidays including treks. Two indoor riding arenas and riding stables are available for beginners and pros to enjoy.

Brandnertal Summer for Kids – this is the name of the free children’s programme offered in July and August. Every week from Monday to Friday, the youngsters can take part in organised outdoor discovery tours, in the forest, by the water, on the hills and in mysterious canyons.
A natural swimming lake with a separate area for kids, a beach-volleyball court and adventure playground, along with a new Barefoot Path and Small-Animal Fun Path promise a fascinating, enjoyable experience.
