What would be more obvious for Nordic Walkers than to strap on their cross-country skis in the winter. Alone with themselves in a deeply-snow-covered picture book landscape, they will soon relax.

Cross-country skiers can enjoy the many cross-country runs in the Brandnertal valley – including the 15 km panorama run Rona on the Tschengla high altitude plateau in Bürserberg with a magnificent view of the 5 valleys of the Vorarlberg region. It is considered one of the most beautiful circuits in Western Austria at 1,250 meters above sea level. The run takes you through rugged terrain, pastures and woodland and past the ancient stone circles. Changing facilities are at the start of the run.
