In our kitchen, we prefer dishes and products from the region as well as from our own cultivation. Our business has been awarded the AMA quality seal.
Dishes made with products from our own cultivation as well as from the region characterize our cuisine.
Our special specialties are dishes made from roe deer and stag, hunted by hunters from the Großen Walsertal.
In addition, our kitchen offers traditional dishes made from seasonal and regional products from Vorarlberg and Austria.
Hot meals are served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Table reservations are requested.
We always have two vegetarian dishes on the lunch and dinner menus, and during peak season, there is also an additional vegan dish. Dogs are allowed on the terrace, in the restaurant upon request.
