Bring along
For the yoga classes, please bring: a mat and a seat cushion; those who have blocks and a yoga strap, please bring those as well.
Comfortable, adjustable, homemade half-moon seat cushions can be purchased from me.
We practice in comfortable clothing. If you like to be cozy, feel free to bring a blanket. For the more intense flow sessions, it's quite practical to have something to drink.
A good tip is to avoid eating about 1-2 hours before the session so that movement is easier.
