Rückbildungsyoga mit Barbara in Raggal

Strengthen your inner center with yoga and restore flexibility and stability. For all women, especially new moms. Possible from about 8 weeks after birth. In the case of a cesarean section, around 10 weeks after the wounds have healed. You are welcome to bring your baby or enjoy an hour just for yourself.

Bring along
For the yoga classes, please bring:
- a mat and a seat cushion, if you have blocks and a yoga strap.
Comfortable, adaptable, handmade half-moon cushions can be purchased from me.
We practice in comfortable clothing. If you like to be cozy, feel free to bring a blanket. For the more intense flow sessions, it's quite practical to have something to drink.
A good tip is to not eat about 1-2 hours before the session to allow for easier movement.
